Rivendell is situated in Shieldaig, Wester Ross on the shores of Loch Shieldaig by the spectacular Torridon Mountains. We offer self-contained, self-catering cottages sleeping 2, 4 and 6 persons. All the cottages have log/coal fires, total control heating, gas cookers and well-equipped kitchens.

Boats available to hire, with fishing rods & tackle, crab and prawn creels provided. Trout and salmon fishing available.

Gallery Cottage

Lounge/kitchen, 1 double bedroom with double and single bed, shower & WC. Open fires, electric storage heaters and calor gas cooker.

Temperance Cottage

Looking out onto Ben Shieldaig.Upstairs views over Loch Shieldaig. Accommodation comprises : Large lounge/kitchen. 1 small double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms. Room for a single bed in the lounge. Shower room/WC. Open fires, electric storage heaters and calor gas cooker.

Prices start at £350 per week (including fuel, electricity, towels and bed linen).

Bed and Breakfast

En-suite rooms. From £20.00 per night per person. 3 course dinner £14.50. All fresh locally caught seafood including fish, crab, scallops, prawns. Vegetarian meals available on request. All local fresh meats available in season.
